Report line: Report to Manager, Deputy General Manager, Director
- Sales accounting and customer receivables: track sales contracts, collect and keep handover records, acceptance records, write invoices, update business reports, go to software sales orders, debt comparison...
- Asset accounting: make photocopies of invoices, balance sheet and update to the list of fixed assets, capital structure, deduction of fixed assets, long-term and short-term expense monitoring and allocation, periodical inventory, making reports to liquidate damaged fixed assets...
- Inventory accounting: check updated data from export and import receipts, run monthly average prices, inventory, raw materials periodically...
- Tax accounting: VAT, PIT, CIT....
- Supporting Manager, Deputy General Manager to perform some other jobs as general accountant
- Supporting the Chief Accountant to perform some other jobs.
- Specific details will be discussed during the interview.
*Requirement
MUST-HAVE*
- Age: 25-35
- Education background: Bachelor
- Language: English-conversational
- Background: Accounting staff at manufacturing industry over than 3 years
NICE-to-HAVE*
- Female graduated from full-time university majoring: accounting, National Economics University or Finance academy
- Good looking form.
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING WORK.
- Proficient in Excel, word, accounting software
- Fluent in English.
- Be honest, hard-working, careful, withstand high pressure.
- Having characteristics to grasp the problem quickly.- Worked at Architecture industry as engineer
**Working conditions
- Work hours: from 8:00 to 17:00
- Overtime: Sometime (within 10-20 hours)
- Night shift: None
- Weekend: All Saturday-Sunday of the month
